For me to give the full story of the problems I have had with Citi Corp would take me hours so I will simply state the following points: We signed up for a project with Home Depot to have Windows installed (that was a mistake in itself!) they offered a 12month no payment promotion and they didn't even tell us who the credit card was with (we thought it was home depot themselves).
