Reserved a 10ft truck two weeks in advance of moving day. We called to confirm the reservation 3 days before moving day. 12 hours before the reservation they call to "let us know" that they don't have a truck ready and won't be able to provide one at that location. We called customer service to find an alternative location, but evidently there were "no trucks available at all for the day." Thank god U-Haul was able to bail us out. We are still waiting to see if the charges from Budget are correctly reversed. read full review »
