I enrolled in the service for "free credit check" at free credit report.com, in order to find out my credit score and was in the process of trying to pay my balances off. I only needed it to find out my score and see how I was doing, so when I tried to cancel, it was nearly impossible. It took FOREVER! Every time I would call the customer service line, I would be told that the system wasn't working at the time and that I would have to call again at a later time.
