This company is crap horrible customer service and the technicians that make repairs have the combined IQ of a grape. My bed feel apart due to faulty slats and they did a piss poor job repairing it. It broke a second time the guy removed the slats and left and then when I called to complain I got no assistance was tossed around and eventually hung up on. Finally I had to purchase an all new set.
