My son purchased a "Rumor" model phone with a pre-paid, limitless text-messaging account from Virgin Mobil in July. The phone service worked beautifully until August when he was DOUBLE charged for the service and a refund was never made. In September, this month, we did not expect to be charged again, but we were. Meanwhile, his text-messaging service is not working. We have been on the phone for at least 7 hours trying to get someone to help us.
