My wife made an online payment to AT&T for $219. The AT&T site charged our account 8 times for this amount. When we contacted them the next day after finding that they had cleaned out our account the AT&T agent told my wife it was her fault and that they could do nothing. After many transfers she finally talked to someone claiming to be a supervisor that said if we conference her with our bank she could have them cancel the transactions.
