We notified HH Gregg on December 23, 2009 that our flat screen t.v. was not showing a picture. We were under warranty, and we were told that it would be repaired or replaced. We did not hear from a service provider (GE) for almost two weeks. With this being the holiday, guests in our house, we had to purchase another television from HH Gregg - additional expense we incurred.
