Unbelievably rude people! They apparently can find only kids...kids that are school drop-outs. Screwed up our order, and when we verified it with them, they treated us as if we had the issue. We weren't rude...we weren't mean...just simply asked if our order had been taken down accurately, because what the girl repeated back was not what we had ordered.
