Update on my previous complaint about asda in canford heath, Poole, Dorset. I have just been offered a refund by head office, but this the manager who I spoke to at this store gave me a false name, when I spoke to him on the phone. I have been emailed by Trading Standards confirming that this alleged manager broke the law, by refusing me a refund, for poorly processed digital photographs. The Canford Heath ASDA store is a joke, avoid it like the plague, there are better supermarkets to go to, otherwise support your local small trader. read full review »

Poole Recycle

I worked voluntary for Poole Recycle, which collects and recycles unwanted household items. I was asked to electrically test and repair electrical items such as slow tabletop cookers, tv's and radios. I am not a qualified electrician, and neither was the other person doing it on my days off. This is a serious breach of the law, and could potentially endanger peoples lifes, as customers would come in and buy these items. ASDA Digital Photo developing

Yesterday afternoon I had my digital photographs processed by the Poole, Dorset branch costing me £15.95, when I got home I noticed 2 photographs ruined. Instead of getting back on a bus for a expensive trip back to the store, I walked to one nearer my home and spoke to Paul Cabe, the manager of this store via a internal phone. He refused to give me a refund, even though I had a reciept, thus breaking trading law. He kept debunking the issue saying that if you brought this product for instance, blah blah blah.
