I am very unhappy with the service I received from Planet Fitness the last week!!! I signed a 3 year contract and paid the amount, for the whole 3 years in full, the same day with my credit card! The slip did not come out of the machine and the manager told me the transaction did not go through. We however confirmed with the bank and my own internet banking that the amount did go off!
