I joined Planet Fitness Fourways and paid R25 upfront for an access tag. They didn't have any access tags at the time but promised they would have the next day. I have not yet received an access tag and so everytime I go to gym, I have to try get one of the very disinterested members of staff to open for me. If its busy, I usually wait around 10mins before someone acknowledges me and lets me in. Each time I am told that there will be access tags available the next day and each time - there is not.
