No No Hair Removal

I was sucked in and bought your completely ineffective product and it was delivered on July 13, 2010. I tried it for a 2 wks and it does NOT WORK ON thick, coarse African-American hair, despite teir false advertisements to the contrary. I immediately called the 888# and was told that if I wanted to return the product without cost I would have to wait until 45-60 days. Otherwise, I would have to pay the s&h to return it.
