I had a buyer(palermo)tried to buy a coin from me. Ioffer charged me for two invoices when I only had sent one. The man was out of country with an unconfirmed address and never paid for the item. I followed Ioffer's rules and waited til it was time to file non payer and contacted them as well 3 times. To this day, I received no contact and no help from Ioffer whatsover and I am being charged STILL for a transaction that had never went through. STAY AWAY FROM IOFFER!!
