I purchased an iPad at Best Buy, on august 30, 2010, upon attempting to return it on September 4, 2010 they informed me of the 15% fee. I told them that the sales person did not tell me about the fee. They said the iPad is a computer a subject to the fee. I politely asked them to waive the fee. None of this worked so I was charged the 15% return fee. Is this legal? Is any recourse that we can do? Is anybody that can help? read full review »
