I shipped a Mixing console estimated value of 550 dollars and the item got damaged in shipping. Estimated cost to repair is 478 dollars. Not only did it take them over a week and not showing up when they where suppose to and the claims agent informing that I couldn't file the claim but the store in which I shipped at had ( which is FALSE) I ecieved a check in the mail after 2 weeks of the worse customer service I have ever seen I get a check in the mail for 244 dollars.
