I tried the hydrolize "free trial, " where I paid about $8 for shipping and handling and received 2 jars of the product within a week or two. I tried the product and it delivered mediocre results. However, a month later they charged me $69.95 "for the first free trial jar" and then another month later charged another "69.95 "for the second free trial jar, " EVEN AFTER I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL from sending me future shipments.
