Today going through the drive thru, I was handed a large cup of hot coffee..the lady who was working failed to put the lid on correctly and the lid popped off as I reached out to take the coffee, spilling scalding hot coffee all over me. Not only did she not own up and apologize, but she didn't say a word or offer me anything to clean up with..my husband asked her "do you have napkins my wife can clean up with?!?"
