I've been using Orange Square Real Estate for 3 years and generally the service was good. There were a few months where payment was not made, but this was corrected in the next few days, once I informed Jacques of missed payments. However, I have not been paid for the last 2 months, and I cannot get hold of anyone at Orange Square - Jacques or Louise. I'm not sure what to do exactly, but I will attempt to get in touch with the Tenant, Body Corporate and Managing Agents as a next step. I'm sure many people are affected by this, so any advise from you would be of great help. read full review »
