I was charged 39 dollars to my credit card for something I did not asked for. The alleged offense occured on September 1st, 2010. I had use this service on June 19th, 2010, but never requested the service on September 1st. I never received anything from them by email stateing a charge as I did in June. If I hadn't checked my bill on September 4th Just Answer.com would have gotten away with this. This is very poor business practice. I will NEVER use them again. I am requesting my credit card account be credited the 39 dollars PLUS asking that Just Answer delete my credit card from its files. That way this will NEVER happen to me again. read full review »
