I have been trying to cancel my"account" with Easy Saver and EMI*American Leisure. I spoke with a young man with a very heavy accent ( asked him to repeat several times) and he became very rude and continued to tell me how great the services were. I continued to ask him to cancel and he continued to tell me about the services, until I was almost yelling and he continued to ignore my request. I finally hung up.
