I have been problem with Magic jack for a long time, every month they make some changes and then no one able to recieve calls from any cell phone carrier. When contacted Magic Jack people they don't even know what is the problem and always transfer to different tech support person and the other person do the same exact thing what the 1st person did and then transfer to another person, Please wait for a site operator to respond.
