I purchased a new refrigerator on 1/19/09, it was installed on 1/24/09. I discovered after 3 weeks that it was not working properly, all the food spoiled. I noticed that the ice in the ice maker had melted, ran through the freezer and refroze. I called for service on 2/7/09.
