On Thu, 10 Sep at 5am, I ordered, for collection, and paid for (R699) a Microsoft Explorer Mouse. At 5:04am, I received a confirmation email. At 8:01am, I received an email that my order was confirmed and that payment was received. On Fri, 11 Sep 2009 at 8:30am I arrived at Shop and Ship to collect my order. The order was not ready. This was a misunderstanding, since their system sends out several status updates. However, as a customer, I do not know that I need to wait for a different status update.
