we had a loan through HSBC and have paid our monthly payments and only to HSBC, plus more than amount due. Then this Santander Consumer constantley sending us nasty letters saying we owe them the amount of the loan, several letters was sent to HSBC an this Santander Consumer USA have all letters sent to them cause they was certified always, when you call this Santander Consumer USA you get someone who bearly speaks English and reapts the same thing over and over to us.
