As overnight stockers one of the most basic essential work tools we need is the pallet jack. While the store managers claim they receive maintanence, the jacks have not been serviced (or serviced correctly) in over a year. In the three years I have worked at this store, I have been injured twice using this equipment. The first being a sprained left shoulder, and the second time my lower back.
