My name is Donna Theiler, I received a called today from John Moore. I have never received any calls or letters of this nature before. He claims he represents Care One Credit and GE Money Bank. He claims he is a Collection Agent. Was very rude and ordered me to pay $5, 000. today over the phone. I was shocked. I have heart disease, dementia and am totally disabled.
