At this time I have been on hold for 57 minutes and 43 seconds...waiting to speak to a customer service rep. I started with the intent of changing my ESN number because another radio broke after one year of limited use. At this point, if someone does ever answer the phone I will be canceling this horrible abuse of my time and money. Never again. read full review »
