A good customer for years, this bank added a $10 a month fee and raised my minimum payment. I paid my balance in full and the next month they charged me again, so I called and they said it would continue even on a $0 balance. So I closed my account and immediately went to redeem my substantial rewards $ which is when I was informed --- YOU FORFIT YOUR REWARDS WHEN YOU CLOSED THE ACCOUNT ---- couldn't have mentioned that 2 min. before. This Bank is criminal and needs to be reviewed by the ethics commission! read full review »
