This is the second time that i've bought something from them that had hair in it and another time, they didn't make my order right, on top of the fact that the drive-through people are rude and all managment can say is "sorry". Do something about it if you value customer service. I go to this jack in the box because it's the only place close to my job but their customer service is terrible and management is too.
