My Verizon bill contains a $14.95 from Streaming Flix LLC that I never ordered or authorized. They claim that I filled out an authorization form and sent me a PDF file containing what I supposedly filled out. I never did this. I see other complaints here about the same company doing the same thing to others. read full review »
