At about 1PM on September 3, 2010, I went to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota (Toyota Dealer) (address: 4135 Auto Park Circle, Chantilly, VA 20151) to do Toyota suggested maintenance for my Toyota Sienna 2006 van. I follow Toyota's sign which shows "PLEASE DRIVE IN" and drove in an opened enter door (the middle door among three doors).
