I was involved in a car accident, not my fault, the other person is insured by Budget. I, having no insurance, (yes, stupid I know, live and learn) am making a third party claim against Budget. The only communication I have received from them was to send various documents. I have called them numerous times, the person who is supposed to be dealing with my claim (Lindiwe) is never there, or never available.
