I phoned ±3 weeks ago to get a quote. I had to phone back three times, and eventually got prices over the phone, but never received a written document, either by Email or fax. When I queried it, I was told 'the computers are down, our email doesn't work'. The customer order has now materialised, the quantities are slightly different, so I need a re-quote, and then I can ship.
