I signed up for the free trial and paid the dollar. I was not even able to access my reports. I cancelled that day and they ave me a confirmation that it was cancelled. Two days later I was billed 29.95. I called and waited 20 min to speak to someone who said that my account was still active. I told her the automated system said it was not. She said she was going to give me a courtesy refund. It has been 3 days and it still has not posted to my account. These people are terrible, and this website should not exist after all these complaints. I want my 29.95 back! read full review »
