I was skeptical at first buying an item from the internet to help remove moles/freckles. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive. The directions were difficult to follow as the focus tube does leak even after placing the cotton ball. You end up wasting the product during your trial period. When I was finally not getting the results I wanted (it made it look worse and it has been over 6 weeks, I asked for a refund because the website said guaranteed with a refund if it doesn't work on your skin.
