I've been shopping with WalMart since they began. I've recently tried to cash a $114.00 check on an account I've had for at least 20 years which had a $5, 000 balance. I was given a little piece of paper to contact Telecheck with a 1-800 number. The number was in the PHILLIPIANS!!! The lady said I needed to fax a copy of my driver's license, social security card, and a copy of a current utility bill for proof of address.
