Please do not ever go to Massage Envy again. They have the worst customer service skills and their contract is a rip off. I was on vacation in California and I signed up for a month to month contract for massages. When i got home, I realized I couldnt afford it and called to cancel. The receptionist was rude and told me, "sorry you cant do that". I said then, can i speak to a manager? She said, well I can tell her to call you back.
