Hi, We purchased HP Pavilion laptop a month back at best buy tampa. it has poor performance, after using 2 hours the laptop is getting hot. booting takes lots of time. with DVD inside it won't boot at all. whatever DVD we are using the content is gettng erased and it says empty. we are not satisfied with the laptop at all. can u please telll any one faced with same issues. wat could be the problem ? read full review »
