Made a service call...microwave turntable is burned out. This is one of the parts they say is excluded. Burns food and they seem to think that's ok. Very dissatisfed. I think most of these home warranty companies advertising is dishonest. You think you are buying an insurance policy only to find out nothing is covered and on top of that you are paying someone $45 to tell you what you already know.
