I received a phone call in April 2008 that they could lower my debt and would refund my money if they could not help me with a $4, 000.00 savings. They could not reduce it not even half this amount and I have thir paperwork to prove it. I have sent them numerous e-mails and made many phone calls to this company and get the same run around each time. I have written to the Attorney General of Texas and have filed a complaint.
