I was having problems with the cable box basiclly from day one...It would shut off and reboot without any notice very often And reboot just about every night... I dealt with it for quite a few months thinking that it was new and had to update and reboot to update any or all programs...So I call Time Warner and talk to a Rep. and she said sorry I will credit your account and have a tech come out and look and see what the problem was!
