I had a house on the market and Dennis Blake came to me with a great offer to buy it but he wanted to do a lease to own. I was willing to work with him to make the sale. In the contract he said he would pay me a reasonable monthly rate while he was deciding to complete the sale. In lieu of paying me for tying up the house with his option, he said he would complete the landscaping, install a security system and do a few other things around the house. It all sounded great.
