I have repeatedly contacted city mortgage Customer service and faxed a letter to the inquiry department about the harassing phone calls about my account the account is up to date yet I get up 30 phone calls a month regarding the account all attempts resolve this situation has failed. I have been told to talk to your refinance department about this issue and have been met with a representative who was nasty and very rude on the phone I can not under stand why this is continuing on my account or treated in such a manner it has never been over... read full review »
