We have taken one of the hosted services provided by webhost4life.com and paid all money for additional features. Since last 8 months they have been providing horrible services after they migrated to new platform. Since last 4 months they have stopped providing few additional features and not responding to our concerns which we are facing. Our business is running live in their server and we are loosing a LOT of money. Can anyone tell me how I can sue them in the US court and demand for the losses I am making. Please help .
