Imagen my surprise when i was trying to open an account with a clothing store they told me they can open it for me because I'm Listed on ITC. called ITC they told me i owe Avon but i have never opened an account with i asked them to send me a copy of the document i signed when i opened that account they told me they cant i will have to talk to their lawyers well i did they told me it will take 2 to 4 months to get the document from Avon, why on earth will it take that long and why cant Avon give me the documents.
