On Friday 24th of July 2009 Virgin mobile debited R4789.95 on my bank account and i called them the following next Tuesday to find out why and they told me i took cellphone fom them which i know nothing about. I told the i never took cellphone from them and they told me to fax the bank statement which shows that they debited money as well as the affidafit from the SAPS and the copy of my ID document which i did so that they can refund me.
