I consider myself as a good repeat customer (many thousands spend with them). I have recently ordered two gifts on 05 Sep 2009 for two items to the value of R1000. The one was available immediatley and had to wait for second one in order to dispatch. Both were dispatched according to web page and related links, but only one delivered on the 14th. At delivery it was indicated that the other package will be delivered 'later' and we are still waiting.
