THIS CARD IS A SCAM! This card doesn't allow you to withdraw funds until the permanent card is mailed to you -days later. Walmart and GE capital seem to be ripping off thousands of people with this interest stealing SCAM! It seems they've (Walmart & GE Capital) have even gone as far as trying to make this go away by having one of there people post comments to the contrary here on complaints board.
