My wife recently sent out a FedEx envelope on our business account and the airbill was plainly marked that it was a FedEx envelope and that it weighed 3ozs. When we were invoiced for it FedEx overcharged us and indicated on the invoice that it was sent by "Customer Packaging" and it weighed 1.0lbs, 0.5kgs. When I contacted Customer Service they were not at all interested in our discussion and simply stated that our package was audited and therefore we were wrong. This was not the first time this had happened in fact it has happened so often that we are considering using another delivery service. read full review »
