Twice, novelbox.com overcharged me on a published price on their website and is again, making me wait a month to receive a measly $4 refund. The second time, I personally spoke with the owner, Moshe, who assured me, that if I took the back-order, that he would honor the published price. It has been almost a month now, and I have left a message, written two emails, and finally said, if you don't issue the refund, I'm charging it back. I wrote to them regarding this Aug 26th, and have yet to receive a reply. HORRIBLE way to do business. They're just hoping you forget about it so they don't have to pay you what they owe you. read full review »
